Contacting clients through external means outside of the application's chat is not permitted. The platform provides all the necessary tools for effective and secure communication between freelancers and clients.

If a client requests communication through a different medium, it is essential to report this situation to our support team. This allows us to maintain a safe environment for all our users and prevent potential misunderstandings or issues.

Deliverables and Review 📥

Once the work is completed, it's important to deliver the final files to the client for review. If the client requests modifications or adjustments, we are willing to make the necessary changes to ensure their satisfaction.

Marking as Completed and Withdrawing Funds ✅💸

After completing the project or reaching a specific milestone, we mark the task as completed. The client then has a protection period of approximately 14 days to release the funds or request a review of the delivered work.

If during this period the client does not raise any objections and the funds have not been released, we can proceed to withdraw them using the "Withdraw Funds" button. This process automatically transfers the funds to our digital wallet, completing the transaction.
